SMS Integration

EduCtrl CRM includes a powerful SMS integration feature that enables you to send automated or manual text messages to leads, students, and sub-agents for important updates, reminders, and announcements.

The system supports multiple SMS service providers, giving you the flexibility to choose the one that best fits your region and pricing preferences. Supported providers include:

• Twilio
• Textlocal
• Msg91
• Gupshup
• Voodoo
• Fast2SMS
• Other (Custom Provider)

Configuration

You can configure your SMS gateway by navigating to:
Settings → Integrations → SMS Settings

1. Select your preferred SMS provider from the dropdown list.
2. Enter your API Key, Sender ID, and any other credentials required by the provider.
3. Save the configuration.

If you’re using a different provider not listed above, you can select “Other” and enter your custom API details. EduCtrl’s flexible architecture allows integration with almost any SMS gateway that supports API-based communication.
