  • If you own a domain name, EduCtrl Software can be setup on the sub-domain(ex: student.yourwebsite.com) or on the main domain(ex:yourwebsite.com).
  • The DNS ('A') record for your domain or subdomain must be added to the IP address provided by us.
  • You must provide an email account with SMTP details for sending email notifications from the software.

  • If you don't own a domain name, EduCtrl Software can be setup on eductrl.app. For ex: if your business name is abcconsultancy, we can setup EduCtrl on abcconsultancy.eductrl.app.
    • No, there is no setup fees. Your website will be setup in 1 day.
    For EduCtrl Consultancy, there are no limits on student registrations or leads. There are limits on the no. of staff users as mentioned in the pricing details. For EduCtrl Coaching, there are limits on the no. of students as mentioned in the pricing details.
    Data security is an important aspect & we take all measures to secure the server. Even in the database, the critical data like phone no, email id are encrypted, so that even team members who have access to database cannot view the data.
    We provide support through support email & whatsapp chat Monday to Friday 10AM - 6PM IST(GMT+530).
    We provide one-time purchase/self-hosted version which can be setup on your server. The license is for single domain. We will do the software setup for you.
