Steps to Integrate Apps with EduCtrl using Pabbly

1. Log in to your Pabbly Connect account.
2. Click “Create Workflow.”
3. Set your Trigger App (for example, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, or Typeform) and choose the trigger event (e.g., New Lead Submitted).
4. Add EduCtrl CRM as the Action App.
5. When connecting EduCtrl, enter the following details provided by our team:
   • Domain Name (your EduCtrl portal URL)
   • API Key
   • Email Address (linked to your EduCtrl account)
6. Map the attributes from your trigger app (like name, email, phone, etc.) to the corresponding EduCtrl CRM fields.
7. Click “Test Action” to verify the connection.
8. Once the test is successful, Save and Activate the workflow.
