How It Works

You can create a Zap (automation) in Zapier where:

• The Trigger App is the source from which leads are generated (for example, Google Sheets, Typeform, or Facebook Lead Ads).
• The Action App is EduCtrl CRM, where the leads will be sent automatically.

Whenever a new lead is created in your trigger app, Zapier instantly pushes that lead into EduCtrl — no manual imports or data entry needed.

Steps to Set Up Zapier Integration

1. Log in to your Zapier account and click “Create Zap.”
2. Choose your Trigger App (for example, Google Forms, Facebook Lead Ads, etc.) and set up the trigger event (e.g., New Lead Submitted).
3. For the Action App, search for “EduCtrl” and select it.
4. When prompted to connect your EduCtrl account, enter the following details provided by our team:
   • Domain Name (your EduCtrl licensed portal domain)
   • API Key
   • Email Address (linked to your EduCtrl account)
5. Once connected, map the attributes from your trigger app (like name, email, phone, course interest, etc.) to the corresponding fields in EduCtrl CRM.
6. Click “Test Action” to verify the connection and confirm that leads are being received in EduCtrl.
7. After successful testing, turn on the Zap to make the integration live.
