EduCtrl CRM supports direct integration with Google Lead Form Ads, allowing leads generated through your Google Ads campaigns to be automatically added to your CRM in real time. How It Works
When a user submits a form through your Google Lead Ad, the data is sent to EduCtrl using a secure webhook connection. EduCtrl automatically creates a new lead entry in your CRM with all the details from the form — such as name, email, phone, and interest.
Steps to Set Up Google Lead Ad Sync
- In your Google Ads account, go to your Lead Form Extension or Lead Form Ad settings.
- Set the Webhook URL to: <your-eductrl-crm-url>/google_leads Example:
https://crm.mybusiness.com/google_leads
- In EduCtrl, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Google Lead Ads Sync.
- Copy your Google Ads Lead Form Webhook Key from this section.
- Enter this Webhook Key in the Google Ads Webhook Key field while setting up your webhook connection.
- Save and test your setup using Google’s Lead Form Test Tool to ensure leads are being received in EduCtrl.
