CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refund is available for the following:

  • SaaS software products

If you have purchased a SaaS software product from us & decide to cancel the purchase, you can do so within 30 days of purchase by sending email to hello@eductrl.com. Your software license will be cancelled and refund will be issued within 7 days.

We do not provide refund for the following:

  • On-premise/self-hosted Software products
  • Software development, consulting, services
  • Domain registrations, Web hosting
  • SEO Services, Marketing services
