Configuring Email Header and Footer

EduCtrl allows organizations to customize the header and footer sections of emails sent from the CRM to students and other users.

This helps maintain consistent branding and professional communication across all outgoing emails.

Email Header Configuration

By default, the organization logo is displayed in the email header.

The email logo can be configured from:

Settings → General

Updating the logo here automatically updates the branding used in CRM emails.

Customizing Email Header & Footer

To customize the email header and footer content, navigate to:

Settings → Email Header & Footer

From this section, you can:

• Customize email header content
• Configure footer text and branding
• Add contact details or disclaimers
• Maintain consistent email formatting

These settings apply to system-generated emails sent from the CRM.
