Using Tags and Bulk Actions on Leads
EduCtrl CRM allows staff to organize and manage leads efficiently using Tags and Bulk Actions.
Using Lead Tags
Tags help categorize leads based on any custom criteria defined by your organization. This makes it easier to search, filter, and manage leads in the future.
Examples of commonly used tags include:
- Hot Lead
- Scholarship Interested
- IELTS Pending
- Walk-In Lead
- Priority Follow-Up
When assigning tags to a lead, staff can:
- Select from existing tags
- Create and assign new tags instantly
This provides flexibility in lead organization and segmentation.
Bulk Actions on Leads
The Leads module supports bulk operations, allowing staff to update multiple leads at the same time.
Supported bulk actions include:
- Change Staff Assignment
- Change Lead Status
- Update Next Follow-Up Date
- Delete Leads
These bulk operations help save time and simplify large-scale lead management activities.
Bulk Update of Follow-Up Dates
The Update Next Follow-Up Date action also allows staff to clear follow-up dates in bulk.
If the follow-up date is left empty during the bulk update process, the selected leads will have their existing next follow-up dates removed.
This is useful when resetting or reorganizing follow-up schedules.
