Understanding All CRM Permissions

The following permissions are available in EduCtrl CRM. To assign permissions to staff members, you must first create a Role with the required permissions and then assign that role to the staff member. Permissions cannot be assigned directly to individual staff accounts.


Management

This is a Managerial Role

Staff with this role can have other staff reporting to them.

Limited Permissions Staff

Restricts staff members of this role to viewing and managing only the records assigned to them. They cannot view other leads/students/applications that are not assigned to them.


Lead Management

View Leads

Allows staff to view lead records and related lead information.

Lead Create-update

Allows staff to create leads, edit lead details, update lead status, and manage follow-ups.

Lead-assignment

Allows staff to assign or transfer leads to other staff members.


Student Management

View Students

Allows staff to view student profiles, course preferences, uploaded documents, and applications.

Manage Students

Allows staff to create and manage student records, documents, applications, and related details.

Student-assignment

Allows staff to assign students to other staff members.


Application Management

View University Applications

Allows staff to view university application records and related details.

Manage University Applications

Allows staff to create, update, and manage university applications and application statuses.

Application-assignment

Allows staff to assign university applications to other staff members.

Application Apply Through

Allows staff to configure or update the agency through which an application is submitted.
