Setting Up Additional Document Requirements

EduCtrl includes several predefined student document upload options such as academic certificates and commonly required admission documents, including:

  • Passport
  • CV / Resume
  • SOP (Statement of Purpose)
  • LOR (Letter of Recommendation)
  • Academic Certificates
  • And more

In addition to the default documents, administrators can configure custom document requirements based on their organization’s admission process.

To configure additional documents, navigate to:

Admin Panel → Settings → Additional Docs

Additional Document Configuration Options

The Additional Documents module allows you to define:

  • Maximum number of files allowed for upload
  • Allowed file types or formats
  • Notes or hint text for students
  • The section where the document should appear in the Student Documents page

Country-Specific Document Requirements

Additional documents can also be linked to specific study abroad destination countries.

For example, certain countries may require unique forms or supporting documents during the admission process.

  • If a country is selected, the document requirement applies only to that country.
  • If no country is selected, the document requirement applies to all countries.

This flexibility helps organizations manage country-specific admission requirements more efficiently.
