Managing Multiple Business Configurations
EduCtrl allows organizations to configure and manage one or multiple business entities within the CRM.
To manage business configurations, navigate to:
Admin Panel → Settings → Business Configs
Business Information Configuration
From the Business Configurations section, you can manage details such as:
- Business name
- Address
- Contact information
- Bank details
- Tax information
- Invoice-related details
These details are automatically used during invoice generation and financial documentation.
Supporting Multiple Business Entities
If your organization operates under multiple business entities or company names, EduCtrl allows you to add and manage multiple business profiles.
This is useful for organizations that:
- Operate multiple brands
- Manage branches under separate legal entities
- Handle invoicing for different businesses
Business Selection During Invoice Creation
While creating an invoice, staff members can select the business entity under which the invoice should be generated.
The selected business details will automatically appear in the invoice, ensuring accurate billing and financial records.
