Handling Disqualified Leads and Reasons
In EduCtrl CRM, leads can be marked as Disqualified when they are no longer considered potential customers.
A lead is typically marked as disqualified when:
- The lead is not reachable after multiple follow-up attempts
- The lead is not interested in the offered services
- The lead has already applied through another consultant
- The provided information is invalid or incomplete
Disqualifying a Lead
Lead statuses in EduCtrl include a Type configuration.
Any lead status with the type set as “Disqualified” will be treated as a disqualified lead status in the CRM.
When changing a lead to a disqualified status, staff members must also select a Disqualification Reason.
Default Disqualification Reasons
EduCtrl includes several predefined disqualification reasons such as:
- Not Interested
- Invalid Data
- Not Reachable
- Applied With Someone Else
- And more
Configuring Disqualification Reasons
Organizations can customize these reasons based on their workflow and reporting requirements.
To manage lead disqualification reasons, navigate to:
Admin Panel → Settings → Leads → Lead Disqualified Reasons
Enter the reason values as a comma-separated list.
This helps standardize lead qualification reporting and provides better visibility into lead conversion performance.
