Customizing Field Labels Across the CRM

EduCtrl allows you to customize various standard field labels used throughout the CRM. This helps organizations adapt the system terminology to match their business process, industry, or internal naming conventions.

How to Customize Labels

To update field labels, navigate to:

Admin Panel → Settings → Custom Labels

From this section, you can modify the default names displayed across the system.

Available Customizable Labels

Some of the commonly customizable labels include:

• Student
• Tax ID
• Aadhaar
• IFSC Code
• PAN Card
• Class 10 Certificate
• Class 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Certificate
• Master’s Certificate
• And more

Example

If your organization prefers using the term “Client” instead of “Student”, you can simply rename the label in the Custom Labels section. Once updated, the new label will appear throughout the CRM interface wherever applicable.
