Configuring Additional Services
Many study abroad consultancies provide additional student support services beyond university admissions. EduCtrl allows you to configure and manage these services directly within the CRM.
Some common additional services include:
- Dependent Visa Assistance
- Insurance Support
- Airport Pickup
- Overseas Accommodation
- Forex Assistance
- Education Loan Support
- Travel Assistance
- Pre-Departure Services
Adding Services
To configure additional services, navigate to:
Admin Panel → Settings → Services List
From here, you can create and manage the services offered by your organization.
Each service can also have an associated service fee or amount configured within the system.
Configuring Service Status / Stages
Every service request in EduCtrl includes its own workflow stages or status values.
By default, the CRM creates the following statuses:
- Pending
- Processing
- Completed
You can customize these default statuses or create additional service stages based on your workflow requirements.
To manage service statuses, go to:
Admin Panel → Settings → Services List → Service Status
Managing Student Services
Additional services for students are managed similarly to university applications.
To create a new service request for a student:
- Open the Student Details page
- Navigate to the Services tab
- Fill in the details under “Add New Service Details”
Once a service request is created, staff can:
- Update the service status
- Add notes
- Track progress
- Manage related details
This helps organizations centrally manage all student-related services and support activities within the CRM.
