Adding Tasks and Activities on Applications
EduCtrl allows staff members to create and manage tasks related to university applications. This helps teams track pending activities, deadlines, and important application-related actions efficiently.
Adding Application Tasks
To add a task for a university application:
- Open the Application Details page
- Navigate to the Reminders tab
- Enter:
- Task or activity details
- Deadline or due date
These reminders help staff manage application processing activities systematically.
Dashboard Reminder Visibility
All pending application tasks are displayed in the Dashboard under:
University Application Reminders
This allows staff members to quickly view upcoming deadlines and pending activities.
Reminder Notifications
The staff member assigned to the application will also receive reminder notifications before the task deadline.
Notifications help ensure important activities are completed on time and reduce the chances of missed deadlines.
Marking Tasks as Completed
Once the activity or task has been completed, staff can mark the reminder as Done.
Completed tasks are automatically updated within the application workflow.
