Understanding the EduCtrl Dashboard
The EduCtrl CRM Dashboard provides a real-time overview of key performance indicators (KPIs), helping education consultants and counselors monitor leads, applications, follow-ups, support tickets, and staff performance. Each staff member also gets a personalized view of their daily tasks and metrics.
Prerequisites
- You must have an active staff or admin account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to EduCtrl CRM using your staff or admin credentials.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Dashboard to open the main overview screen.
- The Dashboard is divided into several key sections:
KPIs Overview

- Open Leads
- Total Students
- Open Applications
- Open Support Tickets
- Graphical statistics showing:
- Leads and Applications registered in the last 7 days
Students registered in the last 14 days
Lead Follow-up Tracking
Monitor today’s, due, and upcoming follow-ups for leads assigned to you.
Student Follow-up Tracking
Track student follow-ups that are due today, overdue, or coming up soon.
Application Task Reminders
View reminders for overdue tasks related to university applications.
University Applications Overview
- Total number of university applications
- Status-wise application counts (e.g., Pending, Document Ready, Rejected, etc.)
Student Stats
- Total Students
- Status-wise student counts based on configured categories
Lead Stats
- Total Leads
- Counts across different statuses (e.g., New, Cold, Rejected, etc.)
Ticket Stats
- New Tickets
- User Replied
- In Progress
Your Stats
A personalized performance summary that includes:
- Total Leads assigned to you
- Status-wise lead counts (e.g., New, Rejected, etc.)
- Your ticket activity, including:
- New Tickets
- User Replied
Branch-Level Filtering
By default, the Dashboard displays data from all branches assigned to you.
To view data for a specific branch:
- Use the Branch Filter located at the top of the Dashboard.
- Select your desired branch from the dropdown menu.
Clock-in / Clock-out Attendance Tracking
Located in the top-right corner of the Dashboard:
- Click Clock-in to start tracking your daily working hours.
- Click Clock-out to end your workday.
- This logs your attendance for internal reporting.
Tips & Best Practices
- Start your day by checking Follow-ups and Task Reminders.
- Use the Clock-in / Clock-out feature consistently to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Regularly review Performance Metrics to monitor and improve productivity.
- If managing multiple branches, use the Branch Filter to focus on specific branch data.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Q: My dashboard data looks different from my teammate's.
A: Verify that you're both viewing the same branch using the Branch Filter.
Q: My attendance hours are missing.
A: You may have forgotten to Clock-in or Clock-out. Make it a habit to use the attendance button daily.
