Navigating the EduCtrl CRM Interface
EduCtrl CRM is a comprehensive platform designed to help education consultants manage their leads, students, staff, applications, communications, and finances from one centralized system. This article provides a complete overview of the CRM interface and its core modules.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into EduCtrl CRM.
- Access to some features may depend on your user role (Admin, Staff, Agent, etc.).
1. Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after login.
Here, you can:
- View statistics for the entire organization or a specific branch
- Monitor follow-ups to be done and application reminders
- Analyze charts and activity reports for leads, conversions, and tasks
2. Lead Management
Lead Management allows you to manage your sales and inquiry process from start to finish.
- View leads with full contact details and status
- Change lead status to Hot, Working, Counseling, Long Term, Rejected, etc.
- Filter leads by status or assigned staff
- Send communications via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Add leads manually or generate them via:
- Lead Forms
- CSV Import
Staff Actions:
- Edit Lead
- Add Follow-Up Notes
- Set Next Follow-Up Date
- View Follow-Up History
- Receive email reminders for scheduled follow-ups
3. Student Management
Manage students who have registered or been converted from leads.
Key Features:
- View student details like Name, Email, Phone, Photo, Status etc.
- View or respond to Support Tickets

- Edit Profile, Reset Password, or Login as Student (impersonation)
Tabs:
- Profile: Academic background, certifications, test scores (GRE/GMAT), internships, work experience
- Documents: View or download uploaded educational and professional documents. Download all as a ZIP file
- Course Preferences: View selected courses, countries, and levels
- Course Suggestions: Send or review previous course recommendations made to the student
4. Applications & University Applications
Applications section manages study abroad applications for each student.
- View all applications with details like university name, course, status
- Filter by country, university, course, or student
- Update process steps, add notes, and notify students about changes
- Students can reply to messages, upload documents, or take further action
5. Agents / Partners
Manage education agents and referral partners.
- View students referred by agents
- Set commission percentages per agent
- View commission reports
- Record and track agent payouts
6. Course Finder
Helps staff search for university courses and suggest them to students.
